Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Grooms Harvest's website and app at groomsharvest.com, where you can reserve produce from our farmstand at 55 Droms Rd, Rexford, NY. By creating an account or placing a reservation, you agree to them.

You can sign in with Google or with your email and a password. Please use your real email address so we can tell you when your order is ready, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for reservations made from your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app menu.

When you reserve, you choose a pickup day. We harvest most produce on that day and email you when your order is ready. Pickup is at the stand during open hours (Tue – Sun, 4 – 7 PM). Same-day reservations close at noon, and we're closed Mondays.

Produce is grown outdoors, so the harvest can fall short. If we can't fill all or part of an order, we'll adjust or cancel it and let you know. Sizes, colors and weights vary naturally from the photos.

If you can't make it, please cancel from My Orders so the produce can go to someone else. We may cancel orders that aren't picked up, and may limit reservations for accounts that repeatedly don't pick up.

Prices are shown on each listing, and your order shows its total when you reserve. If we adjust an order because the harvest fell short, you pay only for what you get. You pay at the stand when you pick up, using the payment options shown when you reserve. You're not charged for anything you don't pick up.

You can message us and review produce you've picked up. Please keep it respectful. We may remove content that's abusive, misleading or unrelated, and may close accounts that misuse the app.

We take care to grow, harvest and handle our produce well. Please wash produce before eating it. If something isn't right with your order, tell us and we'll make it right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The app is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll post it here with a new date. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
